Let's take you back.... This was before I painted them at all
We had white paint so I started with that. I wanted to make them look distressed and was hoping to put a darker glaze over it to see if that would work. But instead I....
Painted them black. What do you think? You can't tell in the pictures but I did sand around the edges so the white does show through a little bit. Not exactly what I thought they would look like but I like it better then the oak :-)

Too much HGTV watching for me, I would like to do projects all over the house just to spice it up a little ;-) I'm hoping next is the countertops and painting the kitchen.
