12 Days of Christmas

So this year I wanted to do a count down to Christmas. I had a lot of ideas, that I read in a book. Richard says I go over board on some things, I think this was one of them :-) The ideas were 12 bags each with a piece or two of candy, or to wrap up the ornaments on the tree and everyday uncover one. Well I decided I was going to do a few presents and then some candy. It turned out to me mostly presents :-) We decided that we weren't going to do this and stocking stuffers so I had to pick one. I chose 12 days so some of our stocking stuffers have ended up here. I was going to number each of them, but then decided it would be more fun to let them pick which one they want to open. Every day they open one, we take a number off the wall so we can still keep track and count down.

It's been fun opening a present everyday. These are all the little things they would've gotten on Christmas and probably put off playing with. Now they spend most of the day playing with what they received. More to come....(can you believe Christmas is right around the corner)
