So since one of the things I want to do this year is take the kids on Vacation. I made a vacation box :-) This is where our loose change is going to go. I know we won't get enough in there to actually pay for vacation but I'm hoping it will show Easton the value of a penny :-) or what happens when you save your money. I guess I thought it would be a fun way to help us with the goal of going somewhere.
So funny story (to me anyway) Alivia watches a movie in our bed sometimes before she falls asleep. Well last night I could hear here jumping on the bed, so I snuck up there and was going to scare her (and tell her to lay down) When I looked in at her ready to scare, I started laughing. There she was jumping on the bed NAKED. I thought it was so funny, really I think you had to see it. Since I wasn't expecting it at all I was laughing so hard I went downstairs and told Richard to go see her. I'm not sure if he found it as funny as me. Easton never took his diaper off or clothes off and she does it often. Well if you found it funny I'm glad I could make you laugh :-)

Right after my parents got divorced we kids decided we wanted a vacation box too. We wanted to go to Disneyland. We put every spare thing in there that we could. It was so much fun counting out the money each week to see how much there was. It didn't grow fast but it grew. It made us all think about how we were spending our money. I hope you get to go on that trip! I think it would be good for Easton. I may have to do a jar for Cambrie!
