New Puppy

We are CRAZY and we got a new puppy. He is a Great Dane, we have some names we like but we are not set on any yet...so any ideas?

This was the first day we brought him home, he was so nervous since everything was new to him. He stayed here for most of the day.

We want to compare him to something every week to see how much and how fast he grows, so the table behind E is what we are comparing. 

 Oh did I mention...This is Richard's birthday present :-) His birthday is next week so I told him this was his present.

We are already bonding, he likes me. 

So the next day he was comfortable around us and turned into a wild dog. He likes shoes so we need to make sure they are put away. 

Easton really wanted to sleep with him, so I let him sleep on our floor. This is how they were when I woke up. Surprisingly the puppy has slept really well. I was told he would cry all night since we took him from his family but he did really good. He wakes up around 5-6 and thinks it's time to play but I'm working on that.  

We think he is a cute puppy, and the kids (mostly Easton) has really enjoyed him. I hope we can handle such a big dog. I love big dogs they are so calm, when the get older, and such good dogs. We are excited to have him and it should be an adventure!!
